FAQ

    • The Turn Up volume mixer is a hardware device that allows you to instantly control your audio settings & more with 5 knobs & 5 buttons. They’re fully customizable & configurable using our streamlined software. Read up on the features here.

    • You can preorder Turn Up from our Square store using this link. Preorders are estimated to ship in early 2022!
    • MSRP is $79 + shipping, but if you preorder now you can get it at $69! If you're located outside of the US, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so you may have additional VAT or other fees to pay upon arrival in your country depending on your country's policies. Send us an email at contact@turnup.tech if you're unable to complete checkout.

    • Email us at contact@turnup.tech with your name & order number and we’ll give you an update on your mixer! If it’s already been shipped, you should have received a USPS tracking number at the email address you used for the order.
    • While on the steel stand, Turn Up is approximately 3.5” tall, 3” deep, and 7.5” wide. Without the stand, Turn Up is about 0.5” tall, 2.75” deep, and 7.5” wide.
    • Here’s a few things to try:
      1. Unplug your Turn Up mixer. Then quit the software by navigating to the application tray in the bottom right corner of Windows, and right click on Turn Up and click “quit”. Restart the software, and then plug your Turn Up mixer back in.
      2. Plug your Turn Up mixer into your PC on a different USB card directly to your PC. If you are connecting the mixer to a USB hub, please try connecting Turn Up directly to one of your computer's USB ports.
      3. Swap to a different USB-C cable. Try to use a USB 3.0 cable if possible.
      4. Update the Turn Up software with the latest installer from the website, which is available at the link on our download page.
